This product provides a backup power solution for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft (later referred to as aircraft), which can continuously operate the gyroscope, flight control, receiver and rudder for 3 minutes when the main power supply (power battery (later referred to as the main battery) or ESC BEC) is completely disconnected (recommended 2 seconds backup battery capacity 200-450mAh). The rotational inertia of the main rotor can ensure the safe landing of the aircraft by reducing the trouble caused by accidental power failure.

To turn on the machine, press and hold the button for 1 second without connecting to the main battery, which also provides power for the aircraft tuning test. At this time, to handle the remote control lever, the main rotor throttle will not rotate, avoiding accidental damage.

The product normally does not require maintenance, with automatic power-on when the main battery is inserted and automatic power-off after 3 minutes when the main battery is removed. In case of ESC aircraft failure resulting in no output or weak output capability, the 2S battery of the backup power supply still supplies power to the aircraft control system (except for the drive motor).

Note: The voltage of the 2S battery connected to the backup power supply cannot differ from the ESC voltage by more than 2V. For example, if the ESC BEC is set to 8V, the voltage must not be lower than 6V when the backup battery is connected.

Key press

When the main battery is not connected, press and hold the button for 1 second to turn on/off the backup power. When connected, pressing this button will not work.

Status light

Power on status: The LED will flash when the main battery is not connected, and will not be lit for a long time when connected.

Close Status: Taken Off

Wiring Diagram

Note: The left row of pins is the input, the right row of pins is the output. There are upper and lower sets of wiring should be consistent.

For example, the throttle cable is connected to the lower row of pins of the input, and then the output is connected from the lower row of pins. After wiring, please do not let the row of wires be under tension to avoid plugging.
